Where in deed, obviously cool euro, the architecture , the detail give it away. No, this is Santiago, Chile, not to be missed. Santiago is a mix of past , present ,and very much future. The cables are chaotic, this example of electrics is quite sophisticated for Chile. Great architecture - great destination.
